Privacy policy

TumblerWrapTemplate works without an account. We collect as little as possible, and the free tools never send your measurements or artwork anywhere.

Measurements and artwork

Templates, the cup preview, the blank SVG, the test-fit PDF, the 300 DPI warped PNG and project files are all made in your browser. Your photos and artwork do not leave your browser for any of these, and project files never contain uploaded artwork.

Only when you export a paid production pack does your browser send this site the settings and a re-encoded copy of the artwork (or just the name of a built-in texture). Our server builds the ZIP in memory and discards everything when the download ends. We do not store uploaded files or inputs, write them to disk, put them in a database or log them.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details and email address. We receive a payment confirmation and an anonymous customer reference. We never see your card number.

What we store

To remember what you paid for, we store an anonymous access record (plan, status, expiry) and a one-way keyed hash of the email address you paid with, so you can sign in on another device. We cannot turn that hash back into your email address. Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider. A single strictly necessary cookie keeps your access on this browser.

Before an in-page checkout starts, the workbench saves your current settings (and, if you uploaded one, your artwork) in this browser's own storage so it can restore them when you return. That copy stays on your device; clear your site data to remove it.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It counts page views and a few anonymous events: starting the tool, downloading a free file, viewing the paid-pack preview and starting checkout. File names, sizes and artwork are never sent.
